Science - A quest for truth?
Let us see what the scientists do. They observe some phenomenon in nature. They wonder what is going on. Someone gets a brainwave, and comes up with a theory to explain what is observed. He only tries to explain the observation. Now, if there is no observation that we can make that disproves this theory, we take it for granted that the theory is true, till someone actually finds something to disprove it.
There is a fundamental assumption in this. That the human mind is capable of explaining everything. Is it really so?

The human mind is not capable of explaining everything which is its chief strengths... it is only the inexlpicable and the unknown that enables us to carry on with the drone of life as sentient beings.
